The Assessment and Awards Unit is responsible for managing the University’s biannual graduation ceremonies and the production of certificates and transcripts. The Unit manages all aspects of the ceremonies, from invitations and tickets to photographs and ceremony programmes.

Graduation Ceremonies

Each academic year there are two sets of Graduation Ceremonies; July and December.

The July graduation ceremonies are held at three locations:

  • The Pontypridd Campus – for those students who studied on the Treforest and Glyntaff campuses
  • St David’s Hall, Cardiff – for those students who studied at the Cardiff campus
  • The Caerleon Campus – for those students who studied on the Caerleon and City campuses

The December graduation ceremonies are held only at Treforest.
